This link seems to work. If it does not for you then it may be a local firewall (or other) restriction on downloading jar files from internet.

The link I had included above is directly from NIH/ImageJ site. It seems to be the link for the correct software.
But dear i already have it and it does not work for me because it does not contains the function which i need that is measure the line length. May be it is due to other version. Thanks.
