Getting specific genes' sequences of some fungi species?
I would like to get specific fungi species' gene sequences like ITS, RPB1 or so.. So I want these gene sequences to download for a list of fungi species? How could I do it, please help on this. and thanks in advance.

You could always search NCBI and get to the sequences that way but I assume you need to get a number of them and that is the reason you are asking this question. What identifiers are you starting with (scientific names, gene names)? Depending on that we can suggest alternate means.
I have specie names like Aspergillus Nidulans and have gene game ITS for example.
