What is the most usefull and up to date Prokaryotic Genome annotation Pipeline?

Dear Collegues,

I would like to know What is the most usefull and up to date Procaryotic Genome annotation Pipeline? I had a whole genome sequencing of a 1,8 Mb bacteria and did an assembly on it and now I have the assembled whole genome sequence. and would like to do a genome annotation so please help me on this as I am beginner. Thanks in advance.

It's easy to use, is often updated, makes all usual files in formats ready for submission to Genbank
