Hello,

In a tree with in-paralogs, I am using

> collapse_lineage_specific_expansions()

to remove inparalogs. The problem is that, it randomly retains one of the taxon. But I wish to retain a taxon which is closer to root or have less distance compared to other duplicates. Can anyone suggest how to do it ?
