Outcome of adding a PolyUU tail, in reads that have to be sequenced, in the sequenced reads

Dears,

i have a question about DNA sequencing:

if i add a poly U tail of 2 nucleotides in my reads at the 3' end and these reads have to be sequenced, what i would expect in the "sequenced" read?

Two TT or Two AA at the '5 start ?
