Can I do eqtl mapping combining RNA-seq and Microarray data?
Hi guys,
I have 100 samples with RNA-seq and genotyping data, and another 100 samples from the other project with Microarray and genotyping data. Can I combine the 200 samples together(RNA-seq + Microarray) to get more power on eqtl analysis? If yes, how? if no, why?
