Microssatellite (SSR) search in fastq Illumina data
Hello,
Does anyone know or could recommend a tool for micrrosatélites identification (SSR) in illumina data in fastq format? The objective is only to identify the sequences without the need for primer design. The data will be used to calculate some genetic variability measures.
