seed sequences of human miRNA

Hi,

Can anybody help me to find out the list of seed sequences of human miRNA. Is there any tool, database or article where i can get all the seed list. Thanks.

Can you plz send a screenshot for TargetScan entries like:

Select a species : Human

AND

  1. Enter a human gene symbol (e.g. "Hmga2") [?????????] or an Ensembl gene (ENSG00000149948) or transcript (ENST00000403681) ID

AND/OR

  1. Do one of the following:

Select a broadly conserved* microRNA family ???

Select a conserved* microRNA family ???

Select a poorly conserved but confidently annotated microRNA family ???

Select another miRBase annotation ??? Note that most of these families are star miRNAs or RNA fragments misannotated as miRNAs.

Enter a microRNA name (e.g. "miR-9-5p") ????

You need to do some work yourself. We are not going to do your homework.

This file from the TargetScan website appears to have miRNA seed sequences for many species.
