hey, guys. I got some novel miNRA sequences by computational method and these sequences were not involved in miRBase. now the biggest problem is that I don't know how to name these sequences.from the miRBase blog,I found the nomenclature of miRNA which the first setp is classify miRNA sequence into different families accroding to the seed region homology. But my data is not included by this public miRNA database, so it's inevitable that some of my miRNA sequences couldn't math the famlies which registered in miRBase. anyone can help me figure out this problem and any idea would be appreciated. thanks a lot
