list of seed sequences of Human genome

Hi

Can anybody tell me where I can get the list of "seed sequences" of "human" micro RNA. Any tool or article is fine for reference.

As an example:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3189681/pdf/nihms-320701.pdf This article has a table (in page #8) of micro RNA seed sequences in C.elegans.
