TCGA: how to select and download cases with both tumor and normal expression quantification files
Hi all, I want to download those cases from tcga this website, which have gene expression samples from both tumor and normal tissues. If a case only has the tumor sample, I want to filter it out.
But I didn't find any tags or conditions to do that. Could anyone help me?
