Sample type definition on TCGA data

I am interested in a normal/non-cancer sample. In the TCGA data portal under sample type, there are two sample type, "blood-derived normal" and "solid tissue normal".

Can anyone please explain the proper definition of these two types of samples?

What i have found:

"Solid tissue normal": These patient samples are called "solid tissue normals" and are taken from normal tissues near the tumor (Reference).

Thanks in advance for your support.
