ABySS version 1.9 frozen while finding adjacenct k-mers.
I am trying to assemble genomes with the new version of ABySS, but each data set I try freezes while trying to find adjacent k-mers. The installation did not report any errors or warnings, and I have been able to assemble the data sets with version 1.5.4.
