How to assemble short DNA sequences using ABYSS?
Hi, I have a fasta file containing numerous DNA sequences (K-mers). I want to assemble all those K-mers into a single Contig. Is it possible to do with the tool Abyss? I do not see an option to assemble from a single fasta file. Do you have any idea about that?
