How to do linkage disequilibrium analyses?
Hello, I have the alignment of the different alleles (~40 alleles) of a single gene in a Fasta formatted file. Is it possible to do a linkage disequilibrium analysis? And make one of those trivial triangular LD plots? Please let me know if it is possible to do with any specific software/tool. Thank you.
