Haplotype determination from a list of variants
Dear all,
I've got a list of variants on a given gene for determining the possible haplotypes. I found LDhap is useful, however, I'm not sure how it is determined, is it based on the linkage disequilibrium (LD)? which LD value threshold used for determining the haplotypes?
