Protein family analysis
Hi guys
I have a set of UniProt ID which made from genome scaffold sequences. I wanted to perform protein family analysis and other downstream analysis for those scaffold sequences.
Is there tool/software which could give me information about protein families or clustering them in few groups of proteins?
I mean what kinds of analysis I can do for them?
