Downstream analysis for genome scaffold sequences (proteins)
Hi
I have bunch of sequences made from a De-novo genome, I got their corresponding Uniprot Id (from other species).
What other analysis I can do for those proteins list?
I mean in these kind of projects for reporting scaffold and their corresponding proteins.
