integrated whole genome sequencing and RNA-seq papers?
I'm trying to look into the literature and see what's already published on integrating whole genome sequencing and RNA-seq to find variants that might affect gene expression or alternative splicing or gene fusion etc.
I can find one on PLOS one and I'm wondering if people could suggest other papers on this topic?
Here is the one I found:

Are you looking for variants with in coding sequences ? Otherwise, you could look at papers of eQTL studies or "Hi-C" related that talks about effect of non-coding variants on gene expression.
no, i'm looking for variants in non-coding regions of the genome. yeah, eQTL would be of interest.. not sure about the genome interactions related ones.. will check it out. Thanks!
