Hi, I'm new to this community. Glad to be part of it. I recently started working on Clustering of proteins and I read few papers related to that. In few of the papers the datasets used were Gavin, Collins and Krogan. I want to do few experimentation but I looked all over the internet and I couldn't find the dataset . These data sets are already integrated in public resources like IntAct from which you should be able to retrieve them. Depending on what your precise objective is, you might want to consider using more comprehensive and up-to-date interactions from public databases instead of a series of old data sets.
