Thank you for your answer. That is a very useful tool, and will be using it to explore further. I am actually looking for a list of TFs (e.g. TBP) that are known to bind indirectly to sequence via other TFs. This information can be obtained from various published papers, but I was just wondering if there is a curated list available.
List of Indirectly binding transcription factors
Does anyone know where I can find or have a curated list of human transcription factors known to bind indirectly or cooperatively?

Check JASPAR and its publication. They seem to have some cases of multiple binding profiles for a given TF. You can view these CRMs in Ensembl too, as a result of the Ensembl Regulatory Build. Find out the TFs used to annotate a CTCF binding site (for example) on human chromosome 17 in the Region in detail view in the Ensembl browser.
