I am looking for "genomic and coding DNA sequences of ORFs in human in fasta format". would you please let me know how I can find (any website) it or build it (what type of file can be used to build the mentioned file).

You can get the coding sequences from Ensembl. For "genomic ORFs", I don't know of such a list, reasonably long ones that aren't already included in the cds file and are actually functional are probably quite rare.
