Ctenophora housekeeping genes

Hello, I'm having trouble finding housekeeping genes in the Ctenephoras using BLAST ( I'm specifically interested in mnemiopsis leidyi and in pleurobrachia bachei but I tried the whole phyla). Can anyone recommend a specific HKG I should check? Is there a solution to this?
