Problem in installing Maker

Hi, I'm trying to install Maker using Linux. I have installed repeatmasker but when I run perl Build.PL in maker, the system tell me that repeatmasker is not installed. May I know how can I solve this issue? Thanks.

This is the result after i typed echo $PATH

/home/allyson1115/torch/install/bin:/home/allyson1115/torch/install/bin:/home/allyson1115/anaconda2/bin:/home/allyson1115/torch/install/bin:/home/allyson1115/torch/install/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/usr/local/games:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker:/usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker

I'm still couldn't fixed it :(

May I know how can I add the path into Maker? Both of my folder directory are as such: /usr/local/bin/maker and /usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker

Those are likely already in your path.
