How we can find a association between a copy number variation and longevity gene in specific chromosome
i am trying to make a frequency of CNV Along a chromosome and find a hotspot point in each chromosome and then make a relation between this hotspot and longevity gene with data from CNV human map project, do you have any Suggestion about software or any algorithm for solve this problem ?
