Reoder cluster of samples with ComplexHeatmap
Hi everyone,
I have a probleme with R package ComplexHeatmap, i'm working on Single Cell qPCR analysis, i have my cell in columns and a gene selection in row.
I would like to know if there is a way to order my dendrogram with respect of "unsupervised clustering". I don't wan't to change the clustering but just switch the order of my cell. (permutation between 2 branches)
If someone have a solution ... :)
