WGCNA module colors not identical to further analysis?
Hello,
I might miss very basic point but I was wondering why module colors here don't seems to be identical as module color in module membership heatmap. I found 35 modules but cannot see 35 identically colored modules just below the dendrogram.

I can't see the images, but that could be due to a misplacement of the names of the modules in either of the pictures
