Refseq(+/-) and dbSNP (forward/reverse)strand
Hello,
I am looking for a list of all SNPs for GRCh 37 assembly in the human genome aligned to (a) forward and reverse strand and the (b)+/- refseq strand?
My aim is to determine the data whether it is coming from the dbSNP or the other source (+/-) refseq
