Pan-genome results proof of concept
I obtained some genes specific for a bacterial genome I'm comparing with other set of bacterial genomes. I would like to know if my results are true. Pan-genome was derived from a pan-genome pipeline involving OrthoMCL clustering algorithm, previously assembled with A5-miseq pipeline.
I know this is difficult to validate using other in silico methodology.
