NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus: GEO2R analysis
I'm using GEO2R to analyze differentially expressed gene present in GSE21340. I selected control and diseased samples but the in box plot the samples aren't median centered. So how can I normalize these samples. On which parameters I can normalize my data samples?
