Java error while installing Haploview

I have the following error when I'm trying to install the Haploview. I also download and installed the Java Runtime and Java platform JDK. But I still have the same error. Kindly let me know how to resolve this?

Error: The install4j wizard could not find a JAVA RUNTIME Enviornment on your system. Please locate a Suitable JRE

Try setting $JAVA_HOME to point to the location of JRE installed on your computer.
