I'm currently studying bioinformatics and machine learning, want to work in gerontology field. What will be your suggestions?

Did you do some reading and research about the topic? What are the specific data types of gerontology? Search suggestion: 'bioinformatics and aging' Bioinformatics is a data-driven field, if a biological field of application provides novel data types, bioinformaticians will develop new methods for their analysis (eg. de-convolution for cancer gene expression). If you know which kind of data the research generates, you can reason about the type of informatics that would be beneficial.
