Hi all,

I am new to this field. I would like to to assign COG categories to newly sequenced genome. I have amino acid data set. I have already setup the COGsoft, I don't know how to proceed.

I have gone through the readme file but still not able to run the COG. I would highly appreciate if some one help me in this regard ( steps from beginning to end).
