Interpretation of output from MiXCR TCR sequencing
Happy New Year! I am new to TCR sequencing. I ran the default analysis of MiXCR on my fastQ files of my TCR sequencing data. What does the asterisk mean in the amino acid sequence? For example, I have an amino acid sequence CASS*EDRT..... And what impact would it have when I analyze the amino acid sequence? Thanks for your reply! I appreciate it.
