rRNA secondary structure
Hi,
I am searching for a database or any source for the secondary structure of rRNAs. I see on the web many pictures but I do not want a PNG. I would like to have a file with the sequence and indication if the nucleotide is bound or not like in the output from Vienna. I am particularly interested in mouse but it can be for human if there is no for mouse.
