HI I have two questions ,do laugh at me pls, I am a new guy .

1. how to install BLAT in CentOS system as a normal user ?

2. how to set blat server and blat port in order to use blat normally ??

Hey,

you can install BLAT from here as normal user http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQblat.html#blat3 and inorder to set blat server you should follow the instrutions from source code.
