help for EstScan installing

Hi all

I want to install Estscan software. i downloaded the package but i don't know how can i install it and i cant find any user guide.

You didn't say which operating system nor which version of ESTScan. Here are some generic instructions:

tar xzf estscan-3.0.3.tar.gz 
cd estscan-3.0.3/
make

On my system I had to edit the Makefile to replace g77 for gfortran.

thank you for reply. I downloaded both ESTScan 2 and 3 and in windows 10 operating system. One other question: is there any difference between this software and online version? i want to use that for ORF prediction

If you are on Windows, save yourself a lot of headaches and just use the online version.
