SGA: get the coordinates of contig scaffolding
Hi there,
I'm using String Graph Assembler (SGA) software in order to do a scaffolding. I would like to know the possition where the contigs are joined, the coordinates, any SGA user knows where can I find this information? I can't find anything on the website.
