I can't find all ribosomal rna sequences on genbank in a single fasta file on Genbank (i've tried looking in their ftp) and i don't want to create manually the file i want : getting all sequence one by one and then concatenate in a single fast file. i've been told you can download all ribosomal rna sequence from genbank, can someone already know a link to this a file containing those sequences?
