Questions regarding utilizing UCSC genome browser

Hi folks.

I want to use UCSC genome browser in order to extract useful databases such as pseudogene list and Enhancer data.

However, I don't know where the location of thees files are and also don't know how to find and download information in my computer.

Could anyone give me useful information of finding genomic information in UCSC?

You might wanna read through their documentation on various tracks in the browser. Each track is linked to either an underlying MySQL table or a flat file, and you can access/download these. Fair warning though - the tables are denormalized and optimized for quick browser viewing and the entire application is built in a way that is better for viewing than downloading (in my experience), so it'll take a bit of effort to figure out where what you want lies.

I see.

I will try to find documents I am looking for.
