genome viewer java API
Hi,
I'm currently working on an java annotation tools, and I would like to implement a visualization of the genome with various options. So I'm looking for a genome viewer library. I only found tools developed to be integrated in a web page.
Do you know a java library that can do that?

Best I can think about is the IGV source code but it's not really a library for genome viewing.
