R Package snp.plotter accept microsatellites data for LD plot

Hi All,

What should I do if I want to plot the LD block for the mixture data including microsatellites and SNP? Did you know R Package 'snp.plotter' accept microsatellites data for LD plot?

No any information from the usage of Package 'snp.plotter'.
