LD plot for both microsatellites and SNP data (Haploview)
Hi All,
haploview only can plot LD for SNP data (biallelic markers). Genetic variations with greater than two alleles (e.g. microsatellites) will not work correctly.
How can we plot LD for mixture data with SNPs and microsatellites?
