Tools To Read And Process Glfv2 Output From Soapsnp?
Hi,all i used soapsnp to do multi-samples SNP calling , and i added optition "-F 1 "to generate GLFv2 files and i found that the tools i got such as glftools and glfSingle could not handle that kind of glf files.
anyone by any chances had dealed with this soapsnp files?
