Does anyone know how to get SOAPsnp so that I can use it to recalibrate my quality scores ready for SNP calling?

The website http://soap.genomics.org.cn/ to download SOAPsnp does not load.

When I write "git clone https://git.code.sf.net/p/soapsnp/code soapsnp-code" in my command line it says "warning: You appear to have cloned an empty repository." and if I go to the "soapsnp-code" folder in my working directory it is empty.
