trouble downloading annotation result from SG-ADVISER-.txt file does not exist

Dear all,

I uploaded a CNV file to SG-ADVISER to perform annotation (https://genomics.scripps.edu/ADVISER). After uploading the file, I received an email from SG-ADVISER that my annotation is ready and can be downloaded from their website. The download page shows that the file has been annotated and ready. However, when I click to download, the website says "/usr/share/tomcat7/genomics.scripps.edu/ResultFiles/.../SUMMARY_final_xxx_1218.txt does not exist". Has anyone experienced this problem, or know how to fix it? Thank you!

Hi, My name is Alex and I am watching over the performance for SG-Adviser. Depending on the computational cluster's load the final file may need to be updated. If you need your results urgently or unable to download, please use Contact Us form on the SG-Adviser's site and I will push your result file into live production. Thanks.
