Gatk BQSR file not found error

Hi, I have a question about ApplyBQSR,
So I created the .table file to ApplyBQSR to my bam file. When I run the command as stated on the website it somehow says the file does not exist. The file exists on the folder when I open the directory. It's just that gatk cannot find that file. Any insights into what is happening?
