During the creation of configuration file in 1-2-sphere folder all the output files except the log file in creating.I have used the command line given in the tutorial file"namd2 ubq_ws_eq.conf > ubq_ws_eq.log &" but not getting the log file which contain the information about all energies. please suggest me some way to get the log file. during the command line running I am not getting any error message also.
