Dear all,

I want to use bowtie for mapping short reads on to reference genome in windows.

To do this I have to install MinWG first, but I encounters problem during installation.

First I tried "mingw-get-setup.exe", but during installation I get the error that none of the packages can be downloaded.

Then I tried to install "mingw-w64-install.exe", but I got the error that "the files has been downloaded incorrectly".

Does any one any advice how can I install MinWG in windows?
