cannot launch bowtie2-2.2.6-mingw-win64

I was trying to use downloaded binaries of bowtie2-2.2.6 on Windows 7 but when launching it shows "The program can't start because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from your computer."

I installed both mingw (mingw.org) and mingw-w64 (mingw-w64.org) but neither of them contains this dll. There are a lot of offers to download it from different places but I prefer not to. Could someone tell me the right way of using bowtie2-2.2.6 on Windows.

Remark: No problems with bowtie2-2.1.0-mingw-win64 at the same conditions.
